FU1000 series focus blocks offer an attractive way to build a custom microscope.
But the nosepieces coming with these focus blocks are designed for DIN objectives only. Additionally they are quite small in diameter. When used with larger diamater Mitutoyo style objectives only 2 will fit simultaneously.

Here are two options with larger nosepieces:

• 26 mm Mitutoyo threading
• RMS threading with centering

By supplying a different and larger nosepiece up to 5 objectives with Mitutoyo threading (26 mm) can be installed. Here is a quadruple RMS threaded nosepiece with centering. Because of larger diameter all positions can be filled with Mitutoyo style objectives. You can use original Mitutoyo or lower cost workalike objectives, for even more savings. Assembly allows you to use DIN Standard objectives from Meiji and other suppliers. Or you could use - with the help of our adapters - original Mitutoyo or workalike objectives with 26 mm threads.
