On payments with Credit Card or PayPal we will ship with tracking # only, minimum international shipment option is then Express Mail International. Currently the only exception is Canada with tracking support for Priority Mal International.
On shopping cart with green background pricing comes directly from USPS, Fedex, UPS and does update automatically.
On shopping cart with yellow background pricing is organized in bands and has to be updated when US Postal Service prices change.
